I am an occupational therapist who specializes in treating women's pelvic floor dysfunction. I graduated with my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University. My passion for women's pelvic health started after I suffered my own pelvic floor dysfunction during my first pregnancy and then postpartum.
I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and I am passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction from a functional, holistic and evidenced-based approach. As an occupational therapist, my goal is to help people participate in daily, meaningful activities, while looking at the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that may accompany pelvic floor dysfunction.
I created Pelvic Poise in 2021 with the vision to
normalize conversations about women's health.
